OWEN GRIFFITHS
I am an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Cambridge, and a College Supervisor at Corpus Christi College. I have previously worked at UCL, LSE and the University of Oxford.
My main research interests are in logic, philosophy of language and metaphysics. I also have interests in the history of analytic philosophy, philosophy of mathematics and aesthetics.
My first book One True Logic (co-authored with A.C.Paseau) was published by OUP in 2022. Alex and I have recently edited a focussed issue of The Reasoner on themes related to the book. You can read reviews of the book in Mind and NDPR.
I won a 2022 Pilkington Prize at the University of Cambridge for excellence and innovation in teaching.
